Please review these terms before confirming a service.

Cat Ba Eco Adventures is a sales brand of CATBA OUTDOORS SERVICE AND TOURISM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (CATBA OUTDOORS ST JSC), registration 0202359497, No. 184 1/4 Street, Cat Hai Special Zone, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.
Requests and confirmation
A request is an enquiry, not a reservation. A booking becomes binding after full payment is received and written confirmation with a booking reference is issued. A courtesy capacity hold is not guaranteed.
Quotes and payment
The written quote specifies the selected service, dates, guests, inclusions, extras and final amount in VND. All website prices and written quotes include VAT. Private transfers are quoted per vehicle/trip. Online payment is not available on this website at present; payment instructions are provided after availability is confirmed. Card payment through the VTC Pay gateway adds the gateway's own 3.9% card fee on its payment page; the fee is charged by the gateway and shown before you pay.
Changes and cancellation
Ask for changes or cancellation in writing. Supplier acceptance, fare differences and committed costs may apply. Product-specific conditions are stated before payment; see the cancellation page.
Service delivery
Routes, boarding ports, pickup times and activities may change for safety, weather or authority restrictions. Guest ages, health, dietary and mobility requirements must be checked for the selected service.
Travel documents
We advise what passenger documents are required after booking. Do not submit passports, visa scans or card details in an enquiry.
